| Why do documents intended for foreign countries need special preparation? |
- (a) To be valid in a foreign country, each document needs to be (i) drawn and executed in a way accepted in that foreign country; (ii) legalized (bear certain seals and stamps, required by international conventions and local regulations); (iii) translated into the target language.
- (b) For each specific purpose (e.g. opening a bank account, accrediting a representative office, or marrying a foreign national) a specific set of documents is required.
- (c ) Inadequate preparation or an incomplete set will cause rejection of your documents by the receiving organizations.
